All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where applicable.

We reserve the right to verify certain orders before processing to prevent fraud. If additional information is needed, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided at checkout. Delays in response may affect processing time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not from the order date.

 

4. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. International shipping is not available.

 

6. Delivery and Liability

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
